ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS IN TYPE OF TRANSFER IN 2022/2023 ACADEMIC YEAR

The University of Jember provides opportunities for Diploma III graduates to continue their studies in the Undergraduate Program (S1) through the Transfer of Types. Type Transfer can only be done for the appropriate study program.

Registration Requirements:

1. Photocopy of Diploma III diploma legalized by the university of origin;
2. Photocopy of Diploma III academic program transcript files legalized by the university of origin;
3. File proof of Final Study Program Accreditation with minimum Accreditation B (based on Accreditation issued by BAN-PT);
4. Photograph size 4 x 6 (color) using a plain white shirt with a red background; for those who wear the hijab, use a plain black hijab;
5. Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.75 for the SAINTEK Study Program and 3.00 for the SOSHUM Study Program;
6. Change of type registration is carried out online via the https://sister.unej.ac.id/alihtipe website from the 4th to the. July 15, 2022.

Universitas Jember memberi kesempatan kepada lulusan Diploma III untuk melanjutkan studinya ke Program Sarjana (S1) melalui jalur Alih Jenis. Alih Jenis hanya dapat dilakukan untuk program studi yang bersesuaian.

Persyaratan Pendaftaran :

1. File fotokopi ijazah program Diploma III yang dilegalisasi oleh perguruan tinggi asal;
2. File fotokopi transkrip akademik program Diploma III yang dilegalisasi oleh perguruan tinggi asal;
3. File bukti Akreditasi Program Studi Terakhir dengan Akreditasi minimal B (berdasarkan Akreditasi yang dikeluarkan oleh BAN-PT);
4. File pasfoto ukuran 4 x 6 (warna) menggunakan Baju putih polos dengan background warna Merah, bagi yang berhijab, menggunakan hijab warna hitam polos;
5. Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) minimal 2,75 bagi Program Studi SAINTEK dan 3,00 bagi Program Studi SOSHUM;
6. Pendaftaran Alih Jenis dilaksanakan secara online melalui laman https://sister.unej.ac.id/alihjenis mulai tanggal 4 s.d. 15 Juli 2022.
